The sad thing is that it's not downloadable even after troubleshooting. I tried downloading in Chrome as well as Edge - neither works. I will dispute this double charge with my bank. This one literally doesn't work after you download it. Tried on three separate computers, two on Windows 10, and one on Windows Amazon won't let me request a refund nor are there any forum posts on the "unknown error" that doesn't allow you to use your software. I bought this "new" family version and it truly is upsetting. The old version is way better. So unfortunately I just spend money on something that is not worth it. My kids get all bored with it and I understand them it looks boring and all its features look outdated.
